As a PR and Communication Assistant, you will have the vital responsibility of conducting product demonstrations for potential clients. Role & responsibilities 1. Costing Management: Work closely with the costing and finance teams to prepare accurate product costing sheets . Factor in raw material costs, import duties, packaging, labor, logistics, and other overheads for competitive yet profitable pricing . Provide timely cost-based quotations to customers and distributors. Monitor price fluctuations in key components (LED etc.) and update pricing models accordingly. Assist in margin analysis and pricing strategies for tenders, bulk orders, and projects. 2. Customer Response: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions. Provide prompt solutions and coordinate internally to resolve after-sales issues or replacements. Maintain a customer feedback log and contribute to service improvements. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships . Communicate product updates, launches, and promotional schemes to customers. 3. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team to check stock availability before order confirmation. Track product movement, stock status , and forecast demand based on sales trends. Ensure timely dispatch of orders by aligning sales commitments with stock levels and production planning. Maintain minimum stock level alerts for fast-moving items and suggest reorder quantities. Generate periodic reports on stock vs sales movement .
