Job Summary:

Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across departments including project execution, logistics, and support.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP's) to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverable, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, HR, Accounts) for seamless cross-functional operations.
• Manage vendor relations and ensure timely procurement of materials or services.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management review.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client SLAs.
• Lead operational audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions when needed.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the operations team.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools and ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of IoT/IT services operations is a plus.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business Administration/

Operations or related field (MBA preferred).

• 6+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tech or IoT domain.
