As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen our Bengaluru operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Bengaluru operations – handling daily workflows, managing staff and customer queries, overseeing collections, building and implementing processes, and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• ⚡ Oversee day-to-day operations across Bengaluru and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of staff members.
• Manage escalated customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise collections and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare regular reports, and share insights with leadership.
• Recruit and onboard additional resources as needed.
• Travel occasionally within Bengaluru and nearby locations as required.

Requirements

• Graduate (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory).
• 10+ years of proven experience in operations, administration, or service management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (familiarity with CRM or billing tools is an advantage).
• Ability to balance on-ground operations with remote coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
