Role Summary

To run our India office with our culture and core values: Understand the Why, Own the Outcome, Think in Solutions, & Proud of Your Work. We do not want to run the office by fear, but rather by consistently reinforcing our Core Values. You will be responsible for assisting us in building our India office which may include securing premises, working with a legal counsel to establish entities, hiring required team members (most key hires are already in place working remotely), helping some existing remote staff transition in-office, and implementing operational systems. From there, you will lead and scale all India-based functions (CAD, Rendering, Pricing & Data operations) as we expand. Youll LMA (Lead, Manage, hold Accountable) the teams. Initially, you will oversee existing vendors and add new ones as required. Ultimately, you will own the workflow from CAD renders pricing sending out client CAD approval emails. We have a production team and merchandising team in place that you will work closely with.

What You Will Do (Role & Responsibilties):

LMA & Office Leadership

• LMA: Run weekly meetings, maintain KPIs, drive quarterly goals, coach leaders, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.

Office Head: As the India Office Head, you will lead key operational functions across CAD, Rendering (Digital Assets Team), Pricing & Data, and Office Administration.

You are expected to:

- Provide leadership and oversight for your teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance expectations.

- Partner with HR and department leads on hiring and onboarding, participating in interviews and providing insights for new hires within the teams you oversee.

- Support policy adherence and operational efficiency, including petty cash management, attendance tracking, and training initiatives, by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

- This role is strategic; thus you will need to focus on driving team performance, process improvements, and cross-functional alignment while supporting department leads to execute operational activities.

Experience Required

• 6+ years experience in the US Jewelry Market with 3+ years leading teams.
• Must have international exposure either direct work with U.S., Australian, Canadian, or European companies, or studied abroad to ensure cultural fit and communication ability.
• Strong grasp of CAD and manufacturing workflows, custom jewelry, Bill of Materials, tolerances, and fine-jewelry QC.
• Data-driven operator who builds dashboards, reads KPIs, and fixes systems (not just symptoms).
• Technology Savvy: Experienced in ERP/MRP softwares, project management software, strong Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent written/spoken English; crisp, structured communication with US stakeholders.

Preferred but Not Required

• Diamond/gem procurement experience
• Experience developing product lines/collections.
• Management Systems: e.g. ScaleUp, Rockefeller Methods, EOS, etc.
