Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the After-Sales Support team and improve efficiency through data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong leadership, process optimization skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the After-Sales Support team to achieve SLAs and customer satisfaction goals.
Handle escalations, warranty claims and ensure smooth after-sales processes.
Analyze data using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) to track performance and improve workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Technical teams for issue resolution and service improvement.
Prepare and present performance and operations reports to management.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/Operations; MBA preferred.
4 years of experience in Operations/After-Sales with 4 years in team management.
Strong knowledge of Excel, CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk).
Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
