Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Dera Bassi

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Ensure exceptional standards in guest service and satisfaction.
• Supervise housekeeping, front office, and F&B operations.
• Drive revenue growth and operational profitability.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards consistently.
• Monitor departmental performance and team efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate operational staff.
• Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership in hotel operations, especially in F&B.
• Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of budgeting, SOPs, and compliance.
• Must have own accommodation.
• Only candidates residing in Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali, or Ambala should apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
