Operations Manager - International Packages

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced

  International Packages Expert

  with at least

  5 years of experience

  in curating and managing international travel packages. This is a

  full-time on-site role based in New Delhi

  . He will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of international tours, including itinerary design, vendor negotiation, client servicing, logistics coordination, budgeting, and real-time issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, along with a robust supplier network and operational expertise in international travel management

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and curate end-to-end international tour packages for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
• Coordinate with international suppliers, hotels, airlines, and local DMCs to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Handle all aspects of booking and reservations, including flights, accommodations, visas, transfers, and sightseeing
• Customize itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel goals
• Stay updated with global travel advisories, visa regulations, and destination trends
• Respond to client inquiries, provide expert advice, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage pre-departure briefings, travel documentation, and real-time support during travel
• Negotiate competitive rates with vendors to maximize profitability
• Resolve issues or emergencies during client travel with professionalism and promptness
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote special international packages

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  in international travel planning and operations
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills
• Experience working with travel software and vendor management systems
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
