Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company
• Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize productivity
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks using Canva and other design tools
• Prepare and submit

  online PMEGP applications

  and ensure all required documentation is complete
• Monitor project timelines and provide regular progress updates to senior management
• Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and government offices as required
• Handle basic administrative and reporting tasks related to operations

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in

  Canva

  and

  PowerPoint

  for presentation design
• Hands-on experience with

  online application processes

  , especially

  PMEGP (Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme)

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of business plan and

  pitch deck creation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
