Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day backend operations including manual transaction processing, feature activations, fund crediting, and transfer initiations. Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to resolve product or service-related issues. Engage directly with customers to address concerns, suggest solutions, and improve satisfaction. Design and improve SOPs and operational workflows to reduce errors and improve turnaround time. Lead or support ad-hoc projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or tech operations. Familiarity with virtual accounts, SWIFT and domestic payment systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
