Operations Manager - Hospitality Industry

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, manage property upkeep, and coordinate with internal teams and service vendors. The ideal candidate will bring operational efficiency, leadership, and a strong focus on service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all serviced apartments and corporate housing units.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams to ensure top-tier service quality.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.) to maintain property standards.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and complaint resolution with a service-oriented approach.
• Monitor occupancy rates, apartment readiness, and inventory for seamless turnovers.
• Implement operational SOPs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports on operations, occupancy, and maintenance schedules.
• Support strategic planning and new property onboarding or expansion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or serviced apartment industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of property management systems and MS Office tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
