Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, manage property upkeep, and coordinate with internal teams and service vendors. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of all serviced apartments and corporate housing units. Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams to ensure top-tier service quality. Coordinate with third-party vendors (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.) to maintain property standards. Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and complaint resolution with a service-oriented approach. Monitor occupancy rates, apartment readiness, and inventory for seamless turnovers. Implement operational SOPs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Prepare reports on operations, occupancy, and maintenance schedules. Support strategic planning and new property onboarding or expansion. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or serviced apartment industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Working knowledge of property management systems and MS Office tools. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Role Overview We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with strong hospitality / corporate accommodation / hotel / serviced apartment experience who can manage end-to-end sales activities from the office. The role involves handling inquiries, converting leads, maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Only candidates with prior experience in hospitality / corporate stays / hotels / serviced apartments will be considered. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from corporate clients, travel partners, and walk-in leads. Understand client requirements (budget, location, stay duration, amenities) and propose suitable apartment options. Convert leads to bookings by effective follow-ups, negotiations, and presenting the value proposition. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR, Admin, Travel Desk, and Relocation partners . Coordinate with the operations / front office / property management team to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest experience. Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and bookings in CRM / Excel / internal systems . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall occupancy and revenue. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, contracts and rate agreements with clients. Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and corporate demand in the Mumbai hospitality / corporate stay market. Participate in promotional campaigns, mailers, WhatsApp / digital outreach , and support marketing initiatives for lead generation. Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales / reservations / corporate sales in: Hotels Serviced apartments Corporate stays / corporate housing Hospitality travel partners or similar Similar industry experience is mandatory. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi ; knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage. Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle corporate clients professionally. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales / revenue targets . Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks , and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, result-oriented , and willing to take ownership of the sales cycle. Education Graduate in Hotel Management / Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing preferred.
