Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and quality
  
• Execute operational plans in alignment with organizational goals
  
• Monitor and control budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization
  
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of operational objectives
  
• Establish KPIs and track performance against operational targets
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  
• Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management

• Any Graduate with minimum 10 years of relevant operations experience
  
• Experience across any industry (industry-specific exposure is a plus)
  
• Ability to manage teams and large-scale operations efficiently
