Job Description

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee all hospital operational areas including clinical services, general administration, housekeeping, security, facilities, and biomedical support.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of hospital resources including staff, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Monitor performance and ensure delivery of services in line with set quality benchmarks and NABH accreditation standards.

2. Clinical Operations & Patient Care

  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, paramedical, and allied staff to ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Supervise support services including diagnostics, pharmacy, OT, ICU, emergency, and IPD/OPD functions.

3. Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances including clinical, legal, fire safety, and municipal regulations.
  • Drive quality improvement programs and support NABH implementation and periodic audits.

4. Business Development & Marketing

  • Coordinate with the corporate business development and sales teams to execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Plan and conduct brand-building activities, camps, and outreach programs to increase patient footfall.

5. Revenue & Financial Oversight

  • Work closely with the finance and accounts team to monitor budgets, manage costs, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Support pricing strategy, billing audits, and timely collections to ensure financial health of the unit.

6. HR & Administration

  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure proper staffing, training, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including technical, clerical, service, and maintenance staff.

7. Legal & Ethical Standards

  • Uphold ethical medical practices and promote a culture of honesty and transparency.
  • Represent the hospital in medico-legal cases and ensure proper documentation and timely reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
