Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager – Finished Goods Packaging & Dispatch, located in Navi Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and dispatch processes of finished goods. Daily tasks include managing packaging schedules, coordinating with production and logistics teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing dispatch operations. The role requires maintaining inventory levels and managing staff efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in using ERP and warehouse management software
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
