Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic centre to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage staff scheduling, rostering, and performance, ensuring an efficient workflow.
• Monitor patient experience, ensure minimal waiting time, and handle escalations professionally.
• Coordinate vendor management, including consumables, reagents, equipment servicing, and AMC renewals.
• Manage logistics, including sample movement, home collection coordination, and report dispatch.
• Oversee equipment checks, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure full compliance with NABL/NABH processes, SOP adherence, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with lab, front office, phlebotomy, and quality teams for seamless service delivery.
• Track daily KPIs, operational costs, and resource utilization for efficiency improvement.
• Handle centre administration, documentation, and coordination with management.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Healthcare Management preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations (diagnostics, hospital, or healthcare industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LIS/HIS systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,305.43 - ₹40,000.00 per month
