Job Overview. CN Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications And Skills. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management. Strong knowledge of operations, BPO, and call center processes. Experience in international operations and sales management. Proven track record in team management and client relations. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred). Roles And Responsibilities. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are followed effectively. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. Manage and coordinate with teams to achieve business goals. Analyze and evaluate operational performance and make recommendations for improvements. Monitor and control budgets to ensure financial stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
