As we are expanding our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager who can help us achieve process excellency. Role Summary We are seeking a process-focused Operations Manager to lead the development and enforcement of SOPs, streamline shop-floor processes, and build a disciplined, self-sustaining production system. Your focus will be on the root causesprocesses, training, and systemsrather than just daily outputs. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and implement SOPs across production, quality, and maintenance. Build a central knowledge base and training programs for all employees. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs through audits, supervision, and feedback systems. Drive lean practices (5S, SMED, Kaizen) to reduce changeover time, waste, and process variation. Monitor and improve process compliance, training coverage, and stability in output. Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality, planning, and maintenance efforts. What We're Looking For Graduation in relevant Engineering field 510 years in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience in SOP design, compliance, and lean tools. Strong team leadership; can enforce discipline and upskill a diverse workforce. Comfortable working on the shop floor and implementing systems in resource-constrained environments. Proactive mindset with the ability to take decisions independently. Passion for building a strong, performance-driven organizational culture.
