We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 25-room boutique resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing front office and housekeeping teams, coordinating with F&B and maintenance departments, and maintaining high operational standards. Strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on role are essential.
