Job Description

A caretaker in a resort plays a vital role in maintaining the property and ensuring guests have a seamless experience. Their duties typically include:

Property Maintenance: Keeping buildings, gardens, and common areas clean and in good condition.
Guest Assistance: Helping guests with requests, directions, or minor issues.
Security Monitoring: Ensuring the safety of the resort by keeping an eye on security measures.
Housekeeping Support: Coordinating with cleaning staff to keep rooms and facilities tidy.
Repair & Upkeep: Handling minor repairs, plumbing, electrical fixes, and general maintenance.
Stock & Supplies Management: Making sure the resort has the necessary items for smooth operations.
Emergency Response: Addressing urgent maintenance needs or guest concerns.
Environmental Care: Maintaining green spaces, pools, and outdoor areas.
Communication with Management: Reporting issues or suggestions for improvements.
