Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager, located in Banglore. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key tasks include monitoring and improving operational efficiency, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating training programs for staff, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Operations Management skills necessary to oversee hotel operations and enhance operational efficiency
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and other departments
• Experience in Training staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
