Stanza Premium Hotels, a new premium property by SHVPL GROUP, is designed to offer an exceptional hospitality experience near SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar. As we prepare to open our doors, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Position: Hotel Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
• Ensure smooth coordination among all departments for optimum guest satisfaction
• Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost control
• Develop operational strategies to maintain high service standards
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Handle guest feedback and ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver premium guest experiences
• Experience in pre-opening setups will be an added advantage

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience(15k-25k)
