Caretaker

As a Caretaker for one of our properties in Nashik, your role will involve overseeing the daily upkeep and maintenance of the premises. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the property, both indoors and outdoors. - Coordinating with service providers, vendors, and maintenance personnel as required. - Maintaining a record of visitors and ensuring property security. - Performing minor repairs and promptly reporting larger maintenance issues. - Handling basic administrative tasks related to the property. - Providing timely updates to the property owner/manager. The ideal candidate for this role should be honest, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should be able to handle responsibilities independently with minimal supervision, be physically fit for routine maintenance duties, have basic communication skills, and accurately follow instructions. Local candidates or those familiar with the Nashik area will be given preference.
