We’re Looking for an Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day communication between students and instructors
• Resolve student queries promptly with professionalism and empathy
• Monitor and follow up on class schedules, attendance, and training progress
• Assist in planning and execution of training sessions and operations
• Maintain and manage student data, feedback, and reports
• Support operational workflows to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall learning experience

Qualification:

• MBA (Preferred in Operations, Administration, or Education Management)
