Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Navi Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, coordinate with clients, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards. Responsibilities include operational planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

Designation                  : Operations Manager

Academic Qualification    : BE or Diploma Engineering (Any Discipline )

Experience                       : 10 to 12 years’ experience

Of which 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing an engineering office

🪟 Competence:

Staff Management (Man Management)

Knowledge of Heavy engineering industry , Oil & Gas and Power.

Knowledge of inspection and inspection coordination.
