Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily resort operations– Coordinate with all departments and management– Monitor day-to-day revenue, expenses, and performance– Handle guest issues and ensure service quality– Drive the overall growth and development of the property
Requirements:
– Strong leadership and communication skills– Prior hospitality operations experience preferred– Good problem-solving, planning, and multitasking abilities
