Role Overview

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations Management:

  Oversee daily store operations to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to brand SOPs.

• Quality & Service Standards:

  Maintain product quality, hygiene, and service standards in alignment with drnk’s brand ethos.

• Inventory & Supply Chain:

  Manage inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and packaging.

• Team Coordination:

  Support and coordinate with store staff, baristas, and managers to optimize efficiency and performance

• Vendor & Logistics Management:

  Liaise with suppliers for procurement, logistics, and quality assurance of materials.

• Training & Onboarding:

  Assist in training staff on new menu launches, customer service etiquette, and operational processes.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  Prepare daily/weekly operational reports, analyze outlet performance, and identify areas for improvement.

• Customer Experience Management:

  Ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive issue resolution and consistent feedback tracking.

• Compliance & Audit:

  Ensure all outlets adhere to food safety, health, and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, caf, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations.
• Strong understanding of F&B operational workflows, vendor management, and team coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic POS/inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to travel between outlets and manage shifts when required.
• Passion for the beverage & hospitality industry with a customer-first mindset.
