Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and delivery.
Oversee manpower handling, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication and problem-solving.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM degree in relevant discipline (HR/Industrial Relations or Operations).
Strong understanding of business management principles, process management, and managerial skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams (>50 employees) with diverse skillsets.
4-8 years of experience in manufacturing industry or related field.
