Operations Manager

Job Description

Ensure quality output and timely delivery of legal reports.

Cross-collaboration with various stakeholders including product, legal, and sales teams.

Understand end-to-end product functionalities.

Analyse data from multiple legal documents (e.g., land ownership documents, mortgage deeds).

Resolve client queries with minimal turnaround time.

Hire, train, and monitor the performance of junior operations associates.

Set up end-to-end operations processes from scratch as per business requirements.

Lead and manage a team, ensuring efficiency and accountability across deliverables.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Monitor and verify quality of output.

Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Analyse data and draw actionable insights.

Ensure smooth functioning of operations through effective process management.

Qualification & Experience

MBA graduate (mandatory).

5+ years of work experience in Operations, preferably in BPO/KPO industry (non-voice, data-oriented roles).

Prior experience in fintech lending or legal tech is a strong plus.

Proven team management and leadership experience.

Strong background in process setup and driving operational efficiency from scratch.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,060,830.68 per year
