As the Operations Lead for managing loan against SGB, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of lending operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the loan disbursements, collections, partner coordination, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end operations of loan against SGB.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the teams to ensure smooth execution of loan disbursements and collections.
3. Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement in partnership with the credit and risk management teams.
4. Coordinate with internal teams including credit, risk, and technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
5. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
7. Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through efficient loan servicing and support.
8. Prepare and present regular reports to management on operational performance, key metrics, and initiatives.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to lending and financial services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or microfinance, with a focus on lending operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations for loan products or similar financial products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to lending against securities is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating teams.
