Job Description

Lead daily sourcing operations, ensuring seamless execution of trade finance transactions across multiple geographies
Oversee international customs clearance processescoordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with import/export regulations
Identify gaps in the sourcing-to-shipping cycle and implement solutions to improve turnaround time, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with internal teams (credit, product, tech) and external vendors (suppliers, logistics providers, customs agents) to drive smooth operational execution.
Ensure accurate and timely handling of trade documents such as BLs, invoices, packing lists, COO, and customs filings
Proactively identify risks in cross-border operations and implement mitigation strategies, especially related to delays in customs clearance or non-compliance
Track key operational KPIs and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement in sourcing and logistics processes
