Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Kolkata. The Operations Intern will assist in day-to-day operational tasks, support the smooth execution of lending processes, and collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include assisting in data entry, maintaining records, analyzing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The intern will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and support customer service functions to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills to support operational processes and improve workflows.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records, alongside attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of financial operations and loan processing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to assist with team coordination and customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous internship or experience in operations, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
