Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist customers with queries via calls, emails, or chats.
Provide prompt and accurate information about products/services.
Help improve customer experience through feedback collection.

Upselling / Sales Support:

Support the sales team in promoting products/services.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Assist in maintaining sales records and reports.

Operations:

Help streamline day-to-day operational processes.
Support in logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong eagerness to learn and grow.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Available for a 3-month internship.
