What You’ll Do:
• Crack Rejected / Short-Settled / Mis-Selling cases
• Draft claim petitions, SCNs & Ombudsman communications
• Coordinate with advocates, partners & agents for closures
• Maintain MIS, TATs & performance dashboards
• Drive customer feedback and review partner performance
• Keep leadership updated—clear, crisp, no noise
