Role Overview:
The Operations Head will lead and optimize all operational aspects, including supply chain, production, logistics, inventory, and team management, to ensure seamless execution of the brand's objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecomm operations -Uniware expert and backend order processing, technical knowledge for e-comm platforms Develop and implement plans to boost online sales and brand presence.

Website Management: Ensure smooth website operations, UX/UI optimization, and performance tracking.

Sales & Performance: Analyze data, optimize conversions, and drive revenue growth.

Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media promotions.

Product & Inventory: Maintain accurate listings, pricing, and stock availability.

Customer Experience: Improve user journey, manage queries, and enhance satisfaction.

Reporting & Insights: Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and logistics software.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
