Job Description

The Operations Head will have the responsibility for the direct day-to-day oversight of the operation and management of Human Resources, F&B;, Nursing, Front Office, Resident Relations, Housekeeping, Administration, and IT. The Operations Head will be responsible for establishing strategic operating goals for these departments and providing actionable strategies to achieve them. This role will assist with the preparation of the annual corporate budgets, make recommendations regarding resource allocation, and suggest adjustments as necessary. In addition, the Operations Head is responsible for ensuring that strategic goals established by management are effectively communicated, implemented, and monitored across all departments to ensure operational excellence and resident satisfaction.

Requirements of the Operations Head

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working at an executive level in the Senior Living, Hospitality, or Healthcare industry.
  • Prior experience in single-location, regional, or multi-site operations management.
  • Demonstrated turnaround and performance-improvement experience.
  • Proven leadership trajectory, having progressed through operational roles within the industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration required

. • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

. • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of achieving success through team management and accountability.

  • Ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges at both strategic and functional levels

. • Expertise in delegating responsibilities, assessing performance, and ensuring results-driven outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills with Senior Leadership, owners, investors, staff, and clients

. • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for operational growth and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and attend industry events, trade meets, or conferences as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
