What You’ll Own

• Daily floor operations ensuring the space is spotless, functional, and member-ready at all times.
• Coordinating with housekeeping, security, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Managing member onboarding, seating allocations, contract follow-ups, and basic billing coordination.
• Handling member issues with speed, maturity & solving, not escalating unnecessarily.
• Monitoring inventory (pantry, stationery, utilities) and ensuring replenishment without reminders.
• Managing basic facility maintenance: WiFi uptime, electricity checks, AC monitoring, cleanliness.
• Conducting daily audits and sharing brief reports with management.
• Supporting community events, meetups, and walk-in tours when required.

What We Expect From You

• 2–5 years experience in operations, hospitality, admin, or facility management (co-working experience is a bonus).
• Strong communication skills and a professional, calm demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, take ownership, and handle pressure without dropping the ball.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM is a plus).
• Someone who understands “customer experience” is not theory, it’s quick responses, precision, and reliability.
