Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Executive who excels in optimizing processes and negotiating effectively. If you're passionate about streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring excellent coordination with vendors and logistics partners, you might be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations, from order processing and inventory management to timely dispatch and delivery.
• Effectively manage and strengthen relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers through proactive communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Ensure strict quality control measures for all products, packaging, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and efficient records of inventory, orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and process optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to support business objectives and streamline operations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, logistics, or vendor management.
• Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills, with an ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Effective communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory and order management systems.
• Previous experience in corporate gifting, e-commerce operations, or related fields is a significant advantage.
