Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating with all departments, compiling data, preparing performance reports, and monitoring key business metrics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication and providing management with actionable insights for business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate data from Sales, Service, Projects, HR, and Accounts teams.

• Prepare structured reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.

• Track departmental KPIs and highlight deviations or underperformance.

• Assist management in preparing presentations and dashboards.

• Monitor AMC renewals, service performance, sales achievements, and project progress.

• Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Maintain records, documentation, and data accuracy.

• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.

• 13 years of experience in operations, MIS, or business coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and report preparation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines.

• Knowledge of ERP/CRM tools will be an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with cross-departmental coordination.

• Occasional site visits (if required for data collection or audits).
