Job Description: As an Operations Executive at Pinnacle Xplore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of our tutoring services. You will work closely with various teams, including tutoring, customer support, and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance the overall experience for our students and tutors. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: - Manage the day-to-day operations, including tracking and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Oversee the scheduling and coordination of tutoring sessions, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. 2. Tutor and Student Support: - Coordinate with tutors to ensure they have all the necessary resources and information for their sessions. - Handle inquiries from students and parents regarding scheduling, technical issues, or any other operational concerns. - Facilitate onboarding and training for new tutors, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality tutoring sessions. 3. Client Relationship Management - Act as a liaison between students, parents, and tutors to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any escalation or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in an education or e-learning environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and scheduling software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with remote work and managing virtual teams is a plus.
