You should be able to work alone and be able to take ownership of your projects.Day-to-day your core responsibilities will extend to:Coordinating, Managing and Monitoring day-to-day operationsWorking collaboratively to deliver projects that meet client's needs within prescribed timeframes;Adhering to 'Right First Time' policy for quality control and accuracy; always striving for perfection and best practice;Simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality controls are consistently upheld;Working independently on projects when required and collaborating as a strong team member;Assisting others when workloads require and embracing Neodrift's brand valuesEnhance Customer satisfaction.Provide call and email support to our ClientsProvide timely, query and issue resolutions
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate- At least some experience, preferably in Campaigns handling (SMS/emails/WhatsApp) & Data Management.Knowledge and Skills:- Good knowledge of Excel and Word, PPT is with the plus point.- Attention to detail- Proactive and self-motivated- Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment- Takes initiative and accountability- Team Player- Aptitude to solve problems and take decisions- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and multi-task- Good communication in English (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
