Operations Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to help manage the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our projects and events running smoothly.

From coordinating with vendors to handling event logistics, sourcing materials, managing hamper requirements, and ensuring timely deliveries this role requires someone who’s organized, resourceful, and enjoys getting things done efficiently.

You’ll work closely with our design, admin, and client teams to make sure all operational needs are executed seamlessly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for project and event requirements.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, material movement, and on-ground coordination.
• Handle hamper and gifting requirements from sourcing to packaging and delivery.
• Track inventory, timelines, and costs to ensure efficient project execution.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain vendor databases and good working relationships.
• Support the team in day-to-day operational tasks and project support.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information and approvals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, event coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail and accountability for timelines.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel / project tracking tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage on-ground logistics when required.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a creative agency, event management firm, or gifting solutions company.
• Vendor connections across printing, fabrication, packaging, or event setup domains.
• Experience handling creative or brand-led event requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
