We’re looking for an energetic and organized Operations Executive to help keep our company running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for office administration, employee onboarding, vendor coordination, and team event planning. Key Responsibilities HR & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring coordination and new employee onboarding Maintain employee records in the HR/Employee Portal Office & Administration Ensure office supplies are well-stocked Coordinate with vendors (e.g., facilities, coffee machine, HR systems, maintenance, etc.) Organize events and celebrations Plan team outings, dinners, and offsite travel arrangements Manage gifting (Diwali, birthdays, etc.) Asset & Vendor Management Maintain accurate records of company assets Procure new assets and supplies as needed Liaise with vendors for office and event requirements Requirements 2–5 years of experience in operations, admin, or HR support roles Strong communication and coordination skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
