Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end
branch operations
for Home Loan / LAP products.
Ensure accurate
data entry
and documentation in the
loan management system (LMS)
.
Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and technical teams for smooth file processing.
Manage
disbursement documentation
and ensure compliance with policies.
Conduct initial
document checks
(KYC, income, property) before file login.
Support in
customer service
, handling queries and walk-ins at the branch.
Maintain and reconcile
MIS reports
, disbursal logs, and transaction records.
Ensure
TAT adherence
and compliance with RBI and internal audit norms.
Assist in
file storage
and document dispatch to centralized processing centers

Preferred candidate profile

13 years in branch operations, preferably in an NBFC or housing finance company.
Graduate (Any stream). Candidates with a background in commerce/finance preferred.
Understanding of Home Loan / LAP processes, basic banking norms, KYC, and compliance.
Good communication, coordination skills, and attention to detail.
Local language proficiency preferred along with Hindi and basic English.
Candidates from or near the
Mumbai Suburbs
will be preferred
