We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our team at Move with Manisha. The ideal candidate will be key in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, working with different departments, and coordinating with external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the founder and be part of a dynamic, creative team. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth execution of company functions and daily operations. - Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, addressing their concerns professionally and efficiently. - Manage internal communication, facilitating collaboration and alignment within the team. - Work closely with the founder to strategize and implement business objectives. - Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to streamline operations. - Oversee fees management, including tracking client payments and maintaining accurate financial records. - Assist in the hiring process, from job postings to initial screenings and onboarding. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong multi-tasking abilities and a knack for managing competing priorities. - Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively. - High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. - Previous experience in operations, project management, or human resources is a strong advantage.
