The ideal candidate will be key in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, working with different departments, and coordinating with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth execution of company functions and daily operations. - Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, addressing their concerns professionally and efficiently. - Manage internal communication, facilitating collaboration and alignment within the team. - Work closely with the founder to strategize and implement business objectives. - Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to streamline operations. - Oversee fees management, including tracking client payments and maintaining accurate financial records. - Assist in the hiring process, from job postings to initial screenings and onboarding.
