Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event & Advertising Operations Executive to support the planning, execution, and post-event processes of various campaigns, events, and brand activations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing on-ground activations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of projects within timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute end-to-end event operations , including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up. Liaise with vendors, venues, production teams , and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event components. Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are maintained across all on-ground activations and promotional campaigns. Support the creation of event/project timelines, checklists, and detailed operational plans. Oversee logistics such as permits, material transportation, staffing, and technical setup. Manage budgets , monitor expenses, and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality. Track KPIs and assist in preparing post-event reports and client presentations. Handle on-ground troubleshooting to ensure a smooth client and consumer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, vendor networks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Key Requirements 2–4 years of experience in event operations , BTL advertising , or experiential marketing . Proven track record in managing corporate events, mall activations, product launches, exhibitions, or brand campaigns. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel and work flexible hours , including weekends, when required. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred. Nice to Have Familiarity with digital amplification of physical events. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
