PROFILE: Operations Executive Key roles and responsibilities: Manage and oversee the end-to-end internship program, ensuring a valuable experience for all participants. Coordinate effectively with mentors, facilitating strong relationships and timely engagement. Maintain and nurture relationships with counselors, fostering collaborative partnerships. Ensure the successful completion of all program milestones and objectives. We're looking for: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - A self-starter with a learning mindset - Bachelor's degree in any field - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Open to both entry-level and experienced applicants Job Details 📍 Location: DLF Sector 10, Faridabad – 121006 🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday Compensation 💰 Freshers: ₹15,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives 💰 Experienced: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives 📈 Performance Review: Every 6 months 📜 Note: 1-year bond for freshers Show more Show less
