Responsibilities: Accurately process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery. Verify and update order information in the system. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of orders. Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Conduct NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calling to resolve delivery issues. Handle order confirmation queries from customers. Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding their orders. Address and resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in operations, order processing, or customer service is preferred. Batchlore degree BBA / B Com is more preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with order management systems is a plus.
