Operations Executive - Food

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:

Please note: This is a full time position based out of MAHAPE, Navi Mumbai.

Salary: upto 25,000

Timings:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee activities directly related to packaging of products
• Complete order management including processing of orders across channels and dispatch
• Complete inventory management 
• Catalog listing, updation and hygiene on e-commerce platforms
• Handling vendor enquiries, complaints and providing effective resolution 
• Supplier identification, development and management for existing and new products 
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Costing analysis and reduction 
• Complete ownership of payment receivables
• Handle Certifications, Trademark, Trade Name process 
• Handling customer complaints and providing effective resolution

Desired Background:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG sector, preferably natural/organic foods 
• Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel
• Effective time management skills, well organised 
• Working knowledge of Shopify and Amazon a plus
