Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at our premium uniform brand, your role will involve managing end-to-end operations within the apparel or garment industry. Your responsibilities will include coordinating production activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You will play a crucial role in supporting sales and design teams, maintaining inventory levels, and preparing MIS reports for production and logistics. Your attention to detail and strong coordination skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth workflow from order placement to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day production and operational activities. - Manage fabric sourcing, vendor follow-ups, and material tracking. - Monitor order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines. - Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials. - Support sales and design teams with operational requirements. - Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to production and logistics. - Ensure a seamless workflow from order placement to final delivery. Required Skills: - Strong coordination and follow-up skills. - Experience in garment/apparel/uniform operations. - Knowledge of production processes and vendor management. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP tools. - Excellent communication and time management abilities. Qualification: - Any Bachelor's degree (preferably in Fashion Management, Textile Technology, or Business Administration).
